You can block availability dates yourself directly from your dashboard. This allows you to maintain complete control over your inventory.
You can activate vacation mode from your dashboard. This allows you to either put your products on temporary standby or transfer request management to the Revive team (subject to availability and package terms).
The Collector is responsible for cleaning unless you have chosen a Serenity or Signature package. However, the cleaning cost is paid by the Reviver based on the rented items. In all cases, the item must be delivred to the next Reviver in good condition, clean, and complete.
Yes, only with the Signature package (and depending on available zones). This option will be fully available soon.
It depends on the package you choose:
– With the Essential or Balance package, you manage deliveries and returns directly.
– With the Serenity package, Revive handles logistics and cleaning.
– With the Signature package, Revive takes care of logistics and storage.
